Home Rehab Pros Inc is a family company that specializes in rehabbing properties for investors who may want to rent the house to a tenant or turn it into a turnkey property for sale to other investors. We also specialize in getting homes rent ready for incoming tenants. We do a lot of work to pass city inspections and section 8 inspections. We do full kitchen remodels and bathroom remodels as well.
We all have many years of construction experience. Between the five of us we can do anything from simple drywall repairs and painting to replacing furnaces and plumbing.
What we really like to do is teach people the trades. That is really what our YouTube channel is about. We started it because we enjoy people, and really enjoy helping people.
So our mission is really to do the best construction work we can for our clients and in the process teach or instruct or help all of YOU with our videos.
Dennis and Geoff are brothers. Jason is our nephew. Bryan is Geoff’s son. Jeremy is related in other ways.
